INGREDIENTS
Makes: 4 Pancakes
Pancakes:
- 1 1/2 cups of flower
- 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of melted butter (let it warm on the counter)
Compote:
- 1 cup of raspberries and blueberries
- 1/8 of Dark corn syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
- simmer the berries, water and corn syrup in a pot for 25 minutes (medium)
- whisk the wet ingredients
- whisk the dry ingredients
- combine wet and dry and whisk until airy
