INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup water, divided
- 1/4 cucumber drained
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pour half of the water into a saucepan, and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and boil until the water has almost evaporated, about 5 minutes.
- Mix in with sour cream, parsley, salt, and pepper.
