Garlic Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup water, divided
  • 1/4 cucumber drained
  • 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pour half of the water into a saucepan, and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and boil until the water has almost evaporated, about 5 minutes.
  3. Mix in with sour cream, parsley, salt, and pepper.
